Executive Officers
The Board of Directors of Zach’s Rays of Hope Foundation is composed of dedicated individuals committed to continuing Zach’s legacy of compassion and service. Our board provides leadership, oversight, and guidance to ensure we fulfill our mission of bringing hope and essential support to those experiencing homelessness.
Founder & President
Danny attended college at West Arkansas Community College and completed one year toward his teaching degree. He has worked in grocery, ministry, and sales. When a Church did not have a van for the children's ministry, he used our car and made multiple trips to take children to Church. He served as youth minister, children's minister, and associate Pastor in three Churches. He has always had a desire to help others and we have had several people stay with us when they had no safe place to stay.
Co-Founder & Treasurer
Lesa Reynolds is a graduate of UAFS and Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She also has over 30 credit hours completed at Christian Leaders Institute. She has a bachelor's in nursing and served in nursing as a cardiology nurse, on-call emergency hospice nurse, home health case manager, and med-surg. What drives her is the joy of helping others. She loves poetry, music, and animals. She believes in having empathy toward all of God's creatures.
Each board member is united by a shared belief: that every person deserves warmth, safety, and hope, no matter their circumstances.
Daniel Reynolds
Daniel is the oldest son of Danny and Lesa and a devoted father and husband. He is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors degree in Computer Info and runs a trucking and logistics business. He is a man that treats his employees with dignity and respect. He believes that a business should offer employees a decent living wage. He has often helped the homeless with meals he has cooked himself. He enjoys traveling with his family and watching his children's musical performances.
Jeremy Sampson
Jeremy is the owner Rinnovo solutions and salty life tee.veteran, father of five and grandfather of two . He is an entrepreneur, humanitarian, graduate of Houghton University with a Bachelors in business. He has almost two decades of experience in consulting executives and business owners, training new leaders and sales people. He lives through his core tenant and noble purpose, in every encounter to enrich the lives of all involved, spiritually, intellectually, mentally, physically. This is why
Taylor Bell
Taylor is a 31 year old father of three beautiful girls , self employed entrepreneur for sixteen years and is a current assistant fire chief at Hartshorne fire and rescue. He has been a volunteer for 12 years. He is a small town blue collar farmer and rancher, who's hobbies include fishing, hunting and competitive cornhole, competitive softball, and flag football. He enjoys family time with his girls and coaching softball.
